In the 1940s and '50s, Wichita's famous Blue Moon was the place to be. Elegant, cosmopolitan and well-lubricated with booze, this club on South Oliver Street played host to all the biggest touring big bands and singers of the day, and every night was a dance party! The fun was over by 1960, when the club burned to the ground, leaving only memories, countless souvenir photos of drunken revelers — and this tribute tee!
